Located near the market town of Tenterden and the charming beaches of Rye, this unique retreat features a stylish kitchen and a bedroom set in a roundel — a circular space once used for drying hops in beer making. Set within 3 acres of tranquil Kent countryside, guests can enjoy views of farmland and a private fishing lake stocked with koi, carp, and tench (recently producing a 15lb catch!). Walking trails begin right from the doorstep, offering endless opportunities to explore.
